I developed our new weight-loss program with my wife Emily. This program has been in development over the past 5 years as we’ve worked with more and more individuals dealing with fat-loss resistance. We've had tremendous results from our first two sessions and we've been working hard to make the program even better and in my opinion the best fat loss program available.

How does it work?

The Ketox Method is laid out to transition people to an optimal fat-burning diet. We have already been experimenting with this approach with the help of our health coach Jane Daniel and the results have been impressive. So far, everyone who has complied with the program has successfully lost weight. We continue to get consistent results and not just in the short term. Our participants rave about the lifestyle skills they learn that help them to stick with it even after the 8 week program concludes.

The Ketox Method takes the best of Paleo, Ketogenic, Intermittent Fasting, and Detoxification to deliver a program that is research based and clinically tested.  As for the results...well they speak for themselves. From our last session the ladies lost an average of 8 pounds of FAT in 8 weeks and the guys a whopping 14. And it is important to distinguish between weight loss and fat loss. Losing weight isn't really that great if most of it is muscle or bone. Using our Tanita scale we were able to determine that nearly all of the weight loss seen in the program was from fat!

We use complex concepts but make them easy to apply with the help of our coaches and the simple and easy to follow materials. One of the beauties of the program is that most people do not feel deprived and you can actually eat some pretty amazing foods on this program that also includes fast and easy recipes. Bacon? Yes!
