USPS has implemented changes to First Class mail service to increase shipping time. Also recent increases in Covid illness have created shipping delays similar to last year. Many of our customers are planning ahead and ordering early and/or stocking extra product so they don't run out.
USPS has issued statements informing that due to Covid, delays are likely. We have no control over this. We are doing our absolute best to get your product to you ASAP - we know how important this is! Please check your tracking information which you will receive once your order is scanned by USPS. If you order on a weekend it could be Tuesday or Wednesday before your order ships. We process as quickly as possible but the increase in online orders since Covid has caused some delays for us.
How might USPS delays affect me?
Order earlier than usual. WE HAVE SEEN PACKAGES THAT NORMALLY TAKE 1-3 DAYS TAKE AS MUCH AS 3 WEEKS. If your package says it is still in transit then it has not been delivered yet.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
When the tracking from your package indicates that it was shipped, we are no longer responsible. If you did not receive your package, please print out the tracking information and take it to your local Post Office and they will help you. Often the package is at your Post Office-or delivered to a neighbor. If you live someplace where your packages are left in a public space, you might want to consider shipping to a more secure location. We have also found on occasion that USPS carriers report packages delivered via tracking that sometimes don't get delivered until the next day. We recommend reporting issues to your local Postmaster and also following up with a complaint on usps.com. Please also make us aware of the situation if the package has not turned up after a few days.
Shipping is free as of December 2019 (subject to change, order confirmation has the most recent information). No shipping outside the US. Packages are normally shipped out within 1-2 business days (during heavy ordering times this time may increase significantly). Packages 1 lb or greater are shipped USPS Priority. Packages under 1 lb may be shipped first class. You may pay to upgrade your shipment to USPS Priority which does seem to have a better delivery track record.
