Why Women Benefit From DIM

Being dim is never a good thing, whether that’s referring to intelligence levels or energy levels, no one ever wants to be identified as dim.

But taking DIM is an altogether different thing. There are millions of people (mostly women) who could benefit from taking it.

And this is especially true in 2021 where women across the world are being assaulted with toxins, stress, and other negative elements in their environments.

DIM Stands for Diindolylmethane and is an ingredient in our best-selling Estrogen Control supplement.

There’s ample research to show that DIM (which is extracted from cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and kale) can have a pronounced effect on healthy estrogen levels.

We’ve combined DIM with Kudzu extract (a fast-growing vine that plays a role in regulating estrogen levels) iodine, and selenium to help women support natural and healthy levels of estrogen. Not too much… not too little.

How DIM can Help Ladies Keep Estrogen Balanced

As we mentioned above, DIM comes from cruciferous vegetables.

Even though they don’t taste great to most people, these veggies have significant health benefits.

After eating something like Brussel Sprouts (a cruciferous vegetable) your body uses the nutrients inside to extract a compound called indole-3-carbinol. From there the stomach acid then converts into DIM.

Diets high in indole-3-carbinol have been linked to great health through a variety of studies. Available studies show that it’s actually helpful for keeping estrogen levels balanced.

The way it’s believed to work is through stimulation of a less domineering and milder form of estrogen called 2-hydroxyestrone.

On top of that, there is evidence to show it could reduce the effects of another, strong form, of estrogen known as 16 alpha-hydroxyestrone. While this estrogen isn’t bad on its own (women need it) there is research indicating that this form of estrogen can become dominant and when that happens the possibility of weight gain and future adverse health effects are possible.

Thus when DIM is introduced in the body it has the power to keep estrogen levels on the balanced end.

There’s also the known fact that DIM may help to convert excess testosterone into estrogen by inhibiting the effect of an enzyme called aromatase.

Obviously Dr. Wiggy would love for you to get enough indole-3-carbinol in your diet through food alone, but as you may guess it could take several pounds of vegetables to get you the amount of indole-3-carbinol you’d need to supply your body with enough DIM to make a difference.

Hence the reason for creating a supplement like Estrogen Control. Not only is this great for keeping hormones balanced it can do a number of things for your health like help clear up nagging skin issues, may reduce hot flashes, could help to relieve PMS symptoms and there’s even a chance it could help to correct estrogen imbalances in men.

Combined with the other ingredients we mentioned above there’s little doubt this little pill could change your life.

And don’t forget you can only get Estrogen Control through Health As It Ought To Be.

Patients love it and if you want to keep estrogen levels under control, you will too!

Go here and get yours now.
