Patient Orders NOW AVAILABLE With Online Access

We’re excited to share some news with you! As a valued patient of Robinhood Integrative Health, we're giving you access to a new feature we've been working on.

We’re thrilled to announce that our entire patient store is now available online, just for you!

This means you can now order your favorite products directly from our online store—no more needing to send messages through the patient portal or make trips to our physical location. Plus, enjoy the convenience of free shipping on all orders. No more searching for a product you bought in the store and not being able to find it.

If you want access, email orders@healthasitoughttobe.com with your patient information (name and DOB), and we’ll set you up. It requires a login and us letting the website know that you are a patient. At some point all portal orders will be handled in this way.

Read on for some things to keep in mind and an answer to why pricing is different for patients and some products are only available to patients.

New Patients / New Supplement Protocols

Online ordering is super convenient but you will miss out on the experience of talking with our helpful and knowledgeable staff and learning about the best ways to take some of your supplements. We recommend a trip to the store if convenient and online ordering for reorders. The only way to experience the knowledge of the store staff and their year's of experience is in person.

 

Some things to keep in mind:

Please be advised that if a product notes REFRIGERATED we can't guarantee that it will arrive cold in extreme temperatures. We will ship it in an insulated envelope with an ice pack and use USPS Priority 2-day mail. But if you have concerns we encourage you to come to the store for refrigerated products when NC is experiencing extreme temperatures.

Our most popular refrigerated item is Triozomal Glutathione. We have contacted the manufacturer and they told us that it can be warm prior to opening. We store it refrigerated but they send it to us unrefrigerated. We note it as REFRIGERATED but please keep in mind that the manufacturer says it is fine until opened.

 

These are products from the Patient Only RIH Store and follows their policies. They do not allow refunds.

Patient-Only products (STORE ONLY) and prices (STORE PRICE) are not returnable or refundable. If a product is named with STORE PRICE or STORE ONLY in its title it is final sale.

If you would like the option to return a product that is available publicly, we recommend you do not purchase it at STORE PRICE, which is our lowest price, but instead find the public version of the product. To do this, search for the product and find the version of the product that does not have STORE PRICE in the name.

STORE ONLY products do not have a public version as they are only available to patients and must be sold under the care of a healthcare practitioner, so they are always non-refundable and non-returnable.

Why Are Store Prices Lower and Why Are Some Products Only Available in the Store?

STORE ONLY: Some items are only available in-store because they require supervision by a healthcare provider. While these products are not prescription items, they are not sold publicly. If you find them available elsewhere, we recommend checking the source carefully.

STORE PRICE:  Certain vendors do not allow us to offer their products at lower prices online. As a result, we must list these items at the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) to maintain our ability to carry them.

If you find these products at a lower price elsewhere, the seller may be violating policies, and you should be cautious. Some sellers on platforms like Amazon may not follow proper guidelines—be sure to check expiration dates and seals carefully. There have also been attempts of fraudulent activity on our own site, such as the use of stolen credit cards to purchase products for resale.
