First - try to login. We are finding many of our requests from patients to be added have already been added and they have forgotten or never tried it. To try it, go here then look to see if you have access to PATIENT PRICE or PATIENT ONLY products by searching.

1) name from your Charm account, if mailing for a child, please include the patient name.
2) your Charm account email or your best guess
3) please include the reason for your email (we get lots of email).
We’ll verify your patient status and set up your login. All delivery orders now go through this system.

New Patients / New Supplement Protocols
Online ordering is convenient, but visiting our store lets you benefit from our staff's expertise and personalized advice. We recommend in-store visits for first-time purchases and online ordering for reorders.
Some things to keep in mind:
For products marked as REFRIGERATED, we can’t guarantee they’ll stay cold in extreme temperatures, even with insulated packaging, an ice pack, and USPS Priority 2-day mail. During extreme heat, we recommend purchasing these items in-store and we may refund them and not fill them on your order.

Our top refrigerated product, Apex Energetix Triozomal Glutathione, can safely be warm before opening. While we store it refrigerated, the manufacturer ships it unrefrigerated and confirms it’s fine until opened.

These are products from the Patient Only RIH Store and follows their policies. They do not allow refunds.
Products labeled PATIENT ONLY or PATIENT PRICE are final sale and non-returnable.
If you prefer a return option for publicly available products, avoid PATIENT PRICE items. Instead, search for the public version without PATIENT PRICE in the title.

Why Are Store Prices Lower and
Why Are Some Products Only Available in the Store?
PATIENT ONLY: Some items are for patients only due to the need for healthcare supervision. While not prescriptions, they aren’t sold publicly. If found elsewhere, verify the source carefully.
PATIENT PRICE: Some vendors require us to list their products online at their suggested retail (MSRP) and we must comply to continue offering them.
If you find these products cheaper elsewhere, the seller is likely violating policies. Be cautious, especially on platforms like Amazon, and check expiration dates and seals. Fraudulent activity, like using stolen credit cards for resale, has even occurred on our site.
