Beginning in March of 2025, we switched back to USPS for delivery. We had too many delivery problems with UPS Ground Saver (lots of lost packages and mis-delivers). Shipping is still free.
PLEASE NOTE: If you order on a weekend it could be Tuesday or Wednesday before your order ships. We process as quickly as possible but Mondays and Tuesdays tend to be rather busy with weekend orders. Please watch for the email that your package has shipped to know that your order has been processed.
Please note that orders from healthasitoughttobe.com CANNOT be picked up in the RIH patient store. They must be shipped. If you are a patient and want immediate access to your items please shop in the store.

Due to delivery problems, we have switched back to USPS after 3 years of trying UPS Ground Saver. In the last several months, delivery has become a real problem so we are switching back.
Once USPS has your package we are no longer responsible for the package. Please follow up with them and your tracking information if your package has not arrived. We recommend you call or visit your local USPS location for the best information and assistance in locating a package.
