Items can be returned within 60 days of receipt, unless specified differently.
Health As It Ought To Be will refund the product purchase price, not including the shipping cost once the product is received at our location.

You may return plastic bottles in padded envelopes, however glass bottles have to be wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in boxes.
Upon receipt of the products a refund will be processed to your original form of payment. Refunds may take 48-72 hours to process on our end. It could take as much as 3-5 business days for your bank to return the funds to you. That timing is completely up to your bank. You should contact them with any issues. Refunds will not be given without product being returned to us.
The customer is responsible for shipping the return item to us.

Your order normally ships by the next BUSINESS DAY it is ordered. This is delayed somewhat for weekend orders and in times of heavy orders (covid has presented us with such times). You will receive an email once your order has shipped. Watch for that email to know for sure. Check your spam folder if you have not received it.
Add the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart then proceed to the checkout page. Enter the code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' field and click apply.
If you are purchasing any item in your cart as a subscription then you will not have the option to enter a discount code. Only one discount is allowed per order and a subscription is already a discount.
We are sorry but once your order is complete it goes into a shipping process and cannot be changed.
If you have a subscription order you will receive a reminder email 5 days prior to your final order confirmation giving you time to make changes to your subscription before that time. Once you receive order confirmation no changes can be made.
Please be sure your products are accurate, the quantity, your shipping address and billing information are all accurate before completing your order.

YES! At this time neither Dr. Wiggy nor Dr. Lantelme are accepting new patients, but all other providers are. You can read more about our providers on our website and get started there too. It does take time to go through the screening process and get an appointment. We are not a Primary Care Physician. We take on cases that include symptoms, diseases and challenges that we feel we can most effectively treat based upon our strengths.
