Return/Refund Policy:
Items purchased from the patient only portion of our website or through a portal order are from the RIH Patient Store and follows their policies. They do not allow refunds or returns.
Items purchased from the public website can be returned within 60 days of receipt, unless specified differently. Product(s) MUST be shipped back to us for refund.
Health As It Ought To Be will refund the product purchase price, not including the shipping cost once the product is received at our location.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Health As It Ought To Be. Please return products to:

PLEASE NOTE: While there is a patient store at the above address, we do not accept returns at the Patient Store. For a return to be processed you must ship the product back. Also, if you refuse a package your refund will have postage that we have to pay on delivery deducted from your total. Refusing a package is not a "free" postage delivery.
You may return plastic bottles in padded envelopes, however glass bottles have to be wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in boxes.
If a mistake has been made with your order because of us, or if a bottle arrived damaged, we ask for you to email us with a picture of the bottle (sealed if unbroken) and the receipt you received in your box for proof, and we will send you the correct item!
Upon receipt of the products a refund will be processed to your original form of payment (less any postage owed). Refunds may take 48-72 hours to process on our end. It could take as much as 3-5 business days for your bank to return the funds to you. That timing is completely up to your bank. You should contact them with any issues. Refunds will not be given without product being returned to us.
