Recommended Use:
Week 1: Take 1 capsule per day, during or after any meal.
Week 2: Take 2 capsules together, during or after any meal. No refrigeration necessary.
Do not double your dose.
Do not make up for a missed dose. Skip the missed dose and start with your next scheduled dose.
