Suggested Usage and Storage

Take 2 Easy Cleanse® A.M. capsules upon waking with at least 8 oz. of purified water and a light, healthy breakfast. In late morning, take 2 more capsules with at least 8 oz. of purified water, with or before lunch. IMPORTANT: Purified water is crucial in flushing toxins. It is important to consume adequate water throughout the day to ensure complete elimination.
