Since It’s Summertime Do This For Your Kids NOW

Summer is almost here (a few days away from when you’ll receive this email).

With the summer comes a time for kids to get outside more than usual. That’s a good thing not just for us parents who want to enjoy a few minutes away from our children (we love them, but playtime outside is a blessing too), but for kids too.

When kids go outside they’re exposed to the powerful rays of the sun. Yes, it’s important to make sure they don’t get burned, but it’s also important to make sure they get UV rays from the sun as this helps to form vitamin D-3, an essential nutrient for bone and cardiovascular health.

And while it’s great for kids to get D-3 in this manner, one thing parents can’t neglect is making sure they also get another important nutrient in their body.

We’re talking about vitamin K-2.

Unfortunately, most children don’t get enough K-2 in their diet as the goods that contain this critical nutrient aren’t ones most kids enjoy.

So, knowing that summertime D-3 levels are going to go up, we suggest you add Vitamin D3 and K2 Drops for Kids into their lives.

Now, we’re going to fill you in on why a K-2 supplement in the summer is a great idea, and why getting the Vitamin D3 and K2 Drops for Kids today will also pay dividends in the fall and winter.

D-3 Isn’t At Its Best Without K-2

Vitamin D-3 is an incredibly important nutrient. It serves a role in helping regulate immune responses to pathogens, keeps blood sugar normal, acts as a hormone and a bunch of other things.

But one thing it needs to be at its absolute best is vitamin K-2.

Dr. Cesar Lara says this about the relationship of these nutrients:

Current research shows the important synergistic relationship between Vitamin K2 and Vitamin D3. Taking Vitamin D3 with Vitamin K2 helps to ensure the calcium transported by the Vitamin D is absorbed by your bones where it's needed, rather than accumulating in deposits in your arteries.”

If children are deficient in either of these nutrients then the natural activation of osteoclasts and osteoblasts (cells that help with bone growth and formation) aren’t fully utilized and future problems can result.

That’s why it’s critically important for children being bathed in sunlight and generating loads of D-3 to have K-2 in their body; without it their body won’t receive signals that it’s supposed to continue to form strong and healthy bones.

Of course, when the summer is over and fall and winter set in, most children will begin to experience a decline in D-3 levels as their exposure to the sun wanes.

And so that’s why the Vitamin D3 and K2 Drops for Kids also delivers 400 iu of D-3.

In the summer, this amount of D-3 isn’t going to cause a child to “overdose” but in the winter it’s a helpful amount to take for maintenance.

Each bottle contains 1 drop so that it will last you an entire year. which any parent can agree is a great deal.

No matter what time of year it is, your children always need correct levels of K-2 and D-3 in their diet and the simple formula of Vitamin D3 and K2 Drops for Kids is perfect for helping kids retain healthy levels of these nutrients.
