The Weird Ingredient In Magnesium Malate

We were talking about something recently regarding magnesium. See, we’ve emailed you a number of times about magnesium malate, for obvious reasons. But we’ve never talked about one of the most obvious things about magnesium malate - and that’s how magnesium malate is made… and particularly how we include a special ingredient in this form of magnesium to help it achieve its bioavailability. Even though magnesium malate is 100% natural, this supplement isn’t a straight-forward magnesium supplement. Not the same way magnesium glycinate or magnesium carbonate are. You see, there’s a weird ingredient in magnesium malate. Weird in that it comes from fruits. In 2 seconds we’re going to explain the reason we include this ingredient in magnesium. Here’s your...

Magnesium Update

Did you know that we’ve sold out of our Magnesium Malate several times in the past? Yeah, we’ve done that more times than we can count. Ok, that’s not true, we can count how many times… and we’d say it’s too many, but the truth is y’all just like it so much that we can barely keep up with the demand. Why Low Magnesium Levels Aren’t Normal

Ok, this isn’t normal. Over the past 100 or so years something that’s completely abnormal has taken place in America. And it’s creating some disturbing effects in society. The issue is falling levels of magnesium circulating in our body. Dr. Wiggy has written about how falling magnesium levels are the result of food-based sources of magnesium changing in how much magnesium they deliver.  More than 100 years ago, before the advent of modern agricultural techniques, our soil was rich in magnesium. Now that we harvest on the same land over and over again the magnesium levels we’d get from natural sources are beginning to fall. And because we’re not getting enough magnesium it’s causing us to lose sleep, as well...
